PAYMENT METHODS OFFERED
Credit cards are accepted through PayPal secure payment from our shopping cart. You don't need to have a PayPal account. The check out will take you to PayPal and you can then choose how you'd like to pay for your order.
Please note: We do not ship C.O.D.
Once your order has been submitted online, you may make a change by submitting an email alerting us to the change within 24 hours of submission.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Charges are based on the weight of your order and calculated with options for you during check out. To see shipping & handling options before entering payment information, just proceed into the secure checkout area to enter the address for shipment and press "submit". This will bring up the shipping options for your order. Sometimes there will only be one shipping option due to the weight and least expensive option. Select one of the shipping options (if only one option, select it) and click "submit" to proceed to payment information.
International Orders: If your order is to be shipped outside the United States, we will send it by the shipping option you have selected. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are regularly subject to unexpected delays in some foreign countries. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes. If you do not choose Priority Mail International, transit times can be as long as 3 weeks. Packages to Canada by First Class Mail are currently taking about 10-14 days.
We are shipping from Missouri which works out well for fast shipping times in all directions around the USA. Our in-house turnaround time could be as much as 3 business days, but almost always faster depending on what is ordered. Mail transit time depends on the service selected, holidays, and weekends figured into the delivery time. You can expect to receive an automated shipment confirmation with tracking number via email when we have shipped your order.
Christmas Orders must be submitted by December 15th for delivery by Priority Mail and Express services. You must choose the right shipping option in the drop down box when checking out to expedite your order.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
An automated email with tracking will be sent to the email address you provide. All orders reflecting a delivery date shown in the tracking history do not qualify for re-shipment consideration. If you do not receive an automated email with a tracking number, please let us know so we can provide the information for your order.
REFUSING A PACKAGE
Please be aware that if you refuse a shipped package containing an order which you have placed, compensation for the returned items will not be given. Express verbal permission for return or exchange is required. (see Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds)
We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for reasonable turnaround time on your order, however, back orders do occur. Back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they are restocked, with no additional shipping charges.
Sales tax is automatically applied only to orders with a Missouri billing address at the rate of 6.475%.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Books and videos are not accepted for return, exchange, or refund. All other items are subject to express verbal permission for return or exchange with reasonable consideration, within 30 days, and in resalable condition. Return and/or exchange shipping will be paid by the purchaser. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
OVER PAYMENTS & CREDITS
If you have an over payment or credit on your account, we will carry the balance until your next purchase is made and apply it accordingly. Evidence of over payment credit is always shown on the invoice from which it was generated.
