Credit cards are accepted through PayPal secure payment from our shopping cart. You don’t need to have a PayPal account. The check out will take you to PayPal where you can choose how you’d like to pay for your order.

Once your order has been submitted online, you may make a change by submitting an email alerting us to the change within 6 hours of submission.
When you check out, you’ll have a chance to select from all the options for shipping based on the weight of the packaged order. If you’re signed in with your customer account you’ll notice that prior to checking out, the shopping cart will show you one of the shipping options for an address you have registered. Click on the “change” button to view and select from all of the shipping options in a pop-up window, or select an option during the checkout process. Sometimes there will only be one shipping option due to the weight and location. Select one of the shipping options (if only one option, select it) and click “submit” to proceed to payment information.
CANADIAN ORDERS If your order is to be shipped to Canada, we will send it from the U.S. by the shipping option you have selected. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are taking a few days longer than usual due to the US Postal System slow down (2020) so please be patient. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Packages to Canada by First Class Mail may take as long as 2-1/2 weeks to arrive. Packages shipping by Priority Mail to Canada are proving to be much faster.
NOTICE TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
As of August 2020: We are no longer accepting orders for the rest of the year from overseas countries due to the Coronavirus pandemic that has caused packages to be left in holding facilities for months due to operator service suspension or unavailability of transportation.
DELIVERY TIME for U.S. Orders
We are shipping from Missouri which works out well for fast shipping times in all directions around the USA. Typically we have a very short turnaround time of 12 to 24 hours for shipment of orders from Beneficial Botanicals, though sometimes there are unexpected delays that may add an additional 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Mail transit time depends on the service selected, holiday delays, and weekends figured into the delivery time. You can expect to receive an automated shipment confirmation with tracking number via email when we have printed the postage label for your order.
Notice The U.S. postal system has been slowed down due to policy changes made by the new Postmaster General (July 2020). Generally this impact has mostly affected First Class Mail delivery. When selecting a shipping option during checkout, you may see an estimated transit time for Priority Mail such as 1-3 days. These are estimated times provided by the USPS live feed for calculations and may no longer be accurate. Please be aware that Beneficial Botanicals is not able to control the display of these estimated transit times.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
An automated email with tracking will be sent to the email address you provide. All orders reflecting a delivery date shown in the tracking history do not qualify for re-shipment consideration. If you do not receive an automated email with a tracking number, please let us know so we can provide the information for your order.
REFUSING A PACKAGE
Please be aware that if you refuse a shipped package containing an order which you have placed, compensation for the returned items will not be given. Express verbal permission for return or exchange is required. (see Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds)
We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for reasonable turnaround time on your order, however, back orders do occur. Back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they are restocked, with no additional shipping charges.
Sales tax is automatically applied only to orders with a Missouri shipping address at the rate of 6.475%.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Books and videos are not accepted for return. All other items may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit and subject to express verbal permission by email within 7 business days of the order delivery date. The item(s) must be in new and unopened condition with an unbroken seal. Returns meeting these requirements are accepted from United States addresses only. International orders are not eligible for return due to re-shipment fees and/or rerouting.
Return and exchange shipping will be paid by the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You may make a request to cancel an order if it has not yet shipped. Refunds are made to the original payment source. PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.
OVER PAYMENTS & CREDITS
If you have an over payment or credit due to your account, a code voucher will be provided for you to apply on your next order.
