This is a preowned book. There are two tears and smudges on the dust cover, though the book itself has tight binding and clean pages.
The illustrations are the real stand-out in this book. Marcia Norman created beautiful watercolors with the pencil drawings done by her husband, Edward. Both did exceptional work. Barbara Pond ran an herbary and did extensive research to find varied uses for roadside plants. Anyone interested in using wild plants in cooking, or making dyes, soaps and more will enjoy this book.
