TICK BITE TREATMENT
Stephen H. Buhner has recommended this herb to boost immune functioning on a regular basis, though recently suggested in a social media post that Andrographis tincture should be on hand to treat a tick bite. He recommends mixing it with a poultice medium (like green clay) to apply after the tick is removed to immediately deliver antimicrobial protection beginning at the site, followed by 30 drops Andrograpis tincture taken internally 3 x per day, combined with Cat's Claw tincture (to avoid a side effect rash).

Precautions: Unwanted effects indicate the dosage of the herb should be reduced or even discontinued. These unwanted effects may include dizziness, heart palpitations and possible allergic reaction. Do not take if you are pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant.
